Program Overview: Engage in leadership development, context analysis, and organisational transformation that will take your leadership impact to the next level.

This program will enable leaders and teachers across ELC – 12 to gain hands-on experience in leading change, informed by the latest research and leadership theory, while applying it directly to your day-to-day work.

You will develop actionable strategies to gain commitment from staff for new initiatives and build a culture of innovation, adaptability, and renewal.
This course will:

• cultivate agility.
