Lead change, foster innovation and drive personal and organisational growth in your school.
This program focuses on leadership for the future. Leaders will be supported to undertake leadership learning, context mapping, organisational analysis and change, visioning, implementation and scaling of their own school-based project related to their current role and strategic focus.
The program provides participants with a practical and lived experience of leading change that is closely linked to current research, leadership theory and their daily work. It focuses on the ways leaders can create a culture that welcomes innovation, change and renewal and strategies to gain commitment and buy in from staff. The program also focuses on personal leadership growth including self-awareness, adaptive capacity and agility.
It will:
- build the leadership and process capacity for school innovation and change
- connect participants to a network of change leaders and
- provide skills and processes to lead your own school’s strategic vision.

‘Leading Innovation and Change’ – 13/03/2024, 9.00am-3.30pm
‘Leading Self’ – 03/05/2024, 9.00am-3.30pm
‘Leading Others’ – 12/08/2024, 9.00am-3.30pm
‘Sharing Practice’ – 23/10/2024, 9.00am-3.30pm
Input sessions will be from 9.00am-1.00pm and afternoons will be devoted to individual and team planning and initiating of innovation and change processes. There will also be opportunities for one-to-one support throughout the program.
