Program Overview: Delivered by Growth Coaching International, the approved licensed provider in Australia, in partnership with Jim Knight and the Instructional Coaching Group, The Impact Cycle program will grow your dispositions and skills to: 

  • understand the complexities of supporting change in instructional practice
  • recognise how a coach’s way of being underpins productive partnerships with educators
  • utilise the improvement cycle to help teachers sustain commitment towards student-centered goals
  • learn effective, respectful ways to share instructional expertise and knowledge with teachers
  • gain confidence to initiate and lead instructional coaching cycles with teachers.

This program is ideal for instructional coaches, leaders of teaching and learning, learning specialists, professional learning leaders, and others whose core function is to work alongside teachers to help them develop their practice.
