Program Overview: Experience coaching in action as you engage with a range of coaching leaders during this immersive one-day workshop. Gain insights from their journeys, explore a range of perspectives, and learn practical techniques to apply in your own school, from those who are actively implementing a coaching approach. You will uncover how each approach aligns with the school’s strategic intent, including implementation highlights and nuanced advice. Benefit from the advice of others and explore new ways of thinking about implementation for your own context.
