Session 3 focus: Courageous conversations in action – How can emerging leaders effectively initiate and engage in courageous conversations within learning communities?

Participants will build upon the knowledge and understanding gained in the previous workshop with a specific focus on the following key areas:

• Leaders as influencers
• Critical reflection
• Responding to feedback
• Evidence of impact
