Price: $900.00 per school team (GST inclusive).
A school team comprises of one Early Career Teacher and one Mentor Teacher. Additional early career teachers and mentors are welcome to join the school team at a charge of $100.00 per person (GST inclusive).

Program Overview: Join this 3-part series designed for early career and mentor teacher teams to amplify their mentoring relationship through a unique and ongoing collaboration. Become part of a like-minded community, expanding your collegial network and sharing experiences in a safe and supportive environment. This re-imagined program builds on the strengths of previous years and includes:
- expert advice on purposeful parent conversations and communications from David Wilksch, a highly experienced principal and Principal Growth Director at LESNW
- an energetic session with Bill Hansberry exploring key elements of effective classroom management
- practical solutions from Madhavi Nawana Parker to reset, recharge, and recover, based on her publication Educator Wellbeing
- insights from Highly Accomplished and Lead practitioners on designing learning and responsive teaching approaches.
Throughout this series, a coaching conversation scaffold will support school teams to identify achievements, set goals, and determine next steps within a strength-based paradigm.
