Delve into the 4C capabilities and discover ways to cultivate deep learning cultures that are responsive to your unique school contexts.
Designed for: Principals, Early Childhood Leaders and Teachers, Heads of Schools and Curriculum/Learning Leaders.
Your commitment: 19.5 contact hours plus any required reading.
AITSL Professional Standards for Teachers: Focus areas 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 7.4.
Delivery mode: 3 x face-to-face workshops.

Price: $2,340.00 per school team (GST inclusive). As this fee is charged per school, we encourage schools to send a team of up to 6 participants.

Program Overview: In this three-day course you will engage with research about the 4C Capabilities: Creativity, Critical Reflection, Communication and Collaboration, and delve into how explicitly developing these capabilities is vital for leading your school, college or early learning centre, in and out of the classroom.
Led by the 4C Transformative Learning team, you will:
- engage in experiential learning to explore ways to develop deep learning cultures that are responsive to unique school contexts
- be challenged and empowered as you explore how to make these complex 4C capabilities explicitly teachable, learnable and assessable for teachers and students
- share new ideas and perspectives as you collaborate with your school leadership team and other like-minded leaders
- develop tangible and actionable deep learning goals, tools and strategies to maximise the potential of your teachers and leaders.
