Program Overview: As big-hearted professionals working in schools, we frequently prioritise the needs of others over our own, resulting in emotional exhaustion and physical depletion. In this workshop series, Meg Durham will lead participants to explore practical ways to navigate the relentless demands of school life and move forward with more energy, clarity, and confidence. We will explore the five patterns of behaviour that can keep us on the edge of overwhelm and practical ways to reduce the pressure and embrace the mess and magic of school life.
We will also hear and learn from select member schools who will unpack their experiences of working with the AISSA’s Wellbeing Toolkit and support others to identify where to start and how to build momentum.
Meg Durham is the host of The School of Wellbeing podcast and a teacher wellbeing specialist who captivates audiences with her dynamic style and profound insights. With over a decade of teaching experience, Meg has a unique ability to connect with educators, leaving a lasting impact on their personal and professional lives.
