Description:
In 2021 the AISSA is offering a bespoke leadership program focusing on leadership for the 21st Century. Leaders will be supported to undertake leadership learning, context mapping, organisational analysis and change, visioning, implementation and scaling of their own school-based project related to their current role and strategic focus. The program provides participants with a practical and lived experience of leading change that is closely linked to current research, leadership theory and their daily work.
